Email - Google apps
Sapienza students enrolled in degree programmes (Bachelor's and Master's, PhDs, Specialisation schools) have a free platform for managing their emails and share their work.
The institutional e-mail account is available 24 hours after payment of the first instalment of the course fees.
The email address is as follows: surname.studentIDnumber@studenti.uniroma1.it
Log In
To activate your institutional email, all you need to do is log in for the first time and accept regulations, terms and conditions.
If you receive an error message, wait a few minutes and try again.
If you are an Italian citizen you can also log in with Spid/Cie. International students can log in only via their student ID number and password.

Password Reset
You can reset your password through the Digital Identity Management (IdM) system
Go to the reset page on IdM
Change your Password
You can change your current password via the Digital Identity Management (IdM) system.
Log in with your credentials and then go to User>Password
